Is black bean corn salsa a mexican recipe? - recipe for mexican posle

For my class, I bring the Spanish culture in a Mexican food and I did with corn-black bean sauce, but not at all sure that this is a Mexican recipe, Does anyone know?

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 / 4 cup NAKANO ® Seasoned Rice Vinegar - Original or Roasted Garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 / 2 tsp cumin
* 1 / 4 c. Tea Hot Pepper Sauce
* 1 (16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
* 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
* 1 cup red pepper diced
* 1 / 4 cup chopped red onion
* 2 tbsp chopped coriander

NOTES

1. In a large bowl of rice with vinegar, oil, jalapeno, garlic, chili powder, cumin and red pepper sauce and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix gently. Serve with grilled fish and seafood, meat, chicken or burgers.
